Legal information
Refund policy
This page explains how refund requests are handled for cooking courses, lessons and class bookings arranged directly with the course operator.
Website payments
The current website does not process automatic checkout or online card payments. Most messages sent through the course request form are informational and do not create a paid order.
Advance payments arranged manually
If a deposit, prepaid cooking class or other advance payment is arranged by email, phone or invoice, the amount, course details and refund conditions should be confirmed in writing before payment is made.
Standard cancellation approach
- Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cooking course should normally qualify for a full refund or a rescheduling option.
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class may be moved to a later course at the operator's discretion.
- No-shows or partially attended cooking classes may be non-refundable unless local law requires otherwise.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request and include the participant name, payment date, amount and reason for the request.
Processing time
Once eligibility is confirmed, any approved refund should be returned through the original payment route within a reasonable processing period.
